How do I find invoices on LinkedIn?

For a Premium subscription bought online there is no LinkedIn invoice to find — what exists is a receipt, and it lives in LinkedIn Admin Center under Transactions. LinkedIn is direct about both halves: "If you purchased your subscription online, you'll have access to receipts. If you purchased through a LinkedIn sales representative, you'll have access to invoices instead", and, a few lines later, "We currently don’t provide invoices for Premium subscriptions" (View and download your receipts, read 24 September 2026). Everything below comes from that article unless another source is named.

First, where did you pay?

This decides which of three places to look, and LinkedIn can only help with one of them.

On LinkedIn's website: the receipt is in Admin Center (steps below).
Through Google Play: "LinkedIn can't provide purchase history for your subscriptions through Google." LinkedIn sends you to Google's order history page instead.
Through Apple: "Receipts for purchases made via the Apple Store or from the LinkedIn iOS app are not available on LinkedIn.com." LinkedIn's article says to look in your Apple account.

Paid on the web: the Admin Center steps

Click the Me icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage and select Premium features.
Click Manage your subscription. LinkedIn says "You'll be redirected to the LinkedIn Admin Center."
Select Transactions on the left. "You will see a list of receipts tied to the subscriptions you have purchased."
Use the More icon beside a transaction and choose Download receipt. LinkedIn: "After the receipt is downloaded in PDF format, you can access it from your browser’s download folder."

LinkedIn also offers a chat route — type "Download my receipt" in the help-centre chat — and states flatly: "We don’t provide email receipts." So the inbox search most people try first will not turn it up.

Adding a business address or order number

There are two separate controls here, and mixing them up is the usual mistake. Edit receipt details on a transaction changes that one receipt — "Please note that these changes will not apply to future receipts." For future ones, go to the Purchases page, open the purchase, and use Customize receipt details; there, "Changes will apply to all future receipts." If your finance team needs a business address on every month's receipt, set the second one once.

Receipts from before March 2025

Older ones may not be downloadable as PDFs at all. LinkedIn's note: "Some receipts for online purchases issued before March 4, 2025 are no longer available for self-serve PDF download in Admin Center or Campaign Manager." The fallback is your LinkedIn data download, "which provides the information in a CSV file", or a chat with LinkedIn if you need "an official receipt" (Access to historical receipts, read 24 September 2026).

Paid through Apple

Apple's route to the record is reportaproblem.apple.com: "Sign in to your Apple Account to see a list of your purchases", and "If you're not sure what you were charged for but know the amount, search for the amount" (View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services, read 24 September 2026). That page does not say anything about downloading a receipt as a PDF, so do not assume the Apple record will look like the LinkedIn one.

What we would do

If you claim Premium as an expense, download each month's receipt when it is issued rather than all twelve in January, and set the business details for future receipts first so every PDF already carries them. The March 2025 cut-off is a reminder that "available in the portal" is not the same thing as "available forever".
